went on our weekly trip to wholefoods (or as k calls it, wholepaycheck), but got sidetracked by our bellies and decided to have pizza at Tutta Bella first. i say, why not? tutta bella is fast becoming one of my fave pizza places. it's the type of place you eat at and don't feel like a big fatty afterwards. husband got their seasonal sweet pepper and sausage pizza (yums!) and i got the house salad with some fire-roasted chicken (yummy!). they serve neopolitan style pizza like they do in naples (as in italy, dahling) and they have the VPN certification mark given by the associazione verace pizza napoletana. they follow very strict standards such as using only san marzano tomatoes, a low-gluten flour, fresh herbs and cheeses, chemical-free water, and all-natural yeast. so with all that healthy goodness goin on, we decided indulge in some tiramisu (yummers!). their tiramisu is seriously awesome, but cant eat too much cause of all that espresso and i'm still breastfeeding. wa wa wa! then onto wholefoods we went.here's a small peek inside our shopping cart...
- seventh generation diapers (we've seriously tried just about every green diaper there is out there, but still kept coming back to these.)
- natracare natural nursing pads
- california baby calming shampoo and bodywash (we usually get the super sensitive, but they were out. we'll see how this one goes...)
- dr. bronner's all-one hemp unscented baby-mild pure-castile soap bar made with organic oils (got hooked when i was pregnant and couldn't stand the smell of anything.)
- weleda nursing tea (trying it out)

Hi Rizza!
Have you ever tried reusable/washable nursing pads? i was wondering about those.
:) rosie
no, i haven't tried reusable/washable nursing pads...yet. i've always wanted the under the nile organic cotton nursing pads (they're the only organic reusables i've found), but amazon seems to always be out and can't seem to find a retailer here in seattle. i use the natracare nursing pads (they're the only natural disposables i've found) when going out, but at home i actually have been using cloth diapers folded up into a square as nursing pads, they seem to be working well. if i finally get my hands on some under the nile organic cotton nursing pads i'll let you know how they turn out.
cute hoops pic!
What I'm not cute?
